I am with Ascendservers and they are just a normal hosting company. I pay 43.50 USD for 50 players where we have scrims within our group. I am not even using 2 Gigs of Ram or even 5% of the CPU with 5 players in it. I bet you Ark takes more power to run than Squad. I asked them and they said its a OVH Box.
